Your Songcards version (visible in the app), what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the steps that led to it. A screenshot of the relevant screen helps.
Before you attach anything
Don't email confidential lyrics or full backup files unless it's genuinely necessary to diagnose the issue. Ask first if you're unsure — most bugs can be described without sharing your library.
